I took a nap at 8 tonight and woke up around 1030. I worked out this morning for PT for 52 minutes. Yes, 52. It seems that my entire flight is lazy because I’m pretty sure I was the only one that got a workout since I was the only one sweating.

I’m currently watching Intervention and this episode is about a 20 year old girl addicted to drugs. She just sniffed cocaine or herione through a tampon applicator. Bitch was desperate. Sad.
